Urban and Building Technology in Architecture (UBTA) focuses on the aspect of technology utilization in design to improve the performance of buildings or areas in terms of lighting, ventilation, sound systems, construction structures and disasters. While the object is emphasized on building or area elements such as; interior space, building skin, utilities (lighting systems, air conditioning, sound systems), or specific special objects in buildings or areas. The design or research approaches that can be used are performance standards, materials, structures and construction, and user safety, or other approaches related to the UBTA cluster focus and keywords.
